Promotional Flash Drive Case Studies
“Blahbadee Blahbadee Blah!” That’s what we say. That’s probably what you think. All marketing talk. CFgear does this. CFgear does that. Well, where’s the proof? Fortunately in our case, it’s not in the puddin’ (we don’t enough have time to whip that up…too busy with flash drives dag nabbit!). It’s in what we so unexcitingly call our “Case Studies”. Here are actual examples of client objectives along with bulk flash drives CFgear engineered to successfully achieve ‘em.
Indiedrive
Client Objective:
As the world’s first official usb-album marketplace, Indiedrive needed a bulk flash drive partner that offered custom package design, order fulfillment, preloading solutions including custom icon design and bulk flash drive duplicating services and a premium, unique flash drive style. Attention to quality at all stages of the consumer experience was critical in helping shape the premium brand of Indiedrive and work to solidify their position as both the industry leader and pioneer.
Solution:CFgear helped Indiedrive launch its brand via one of the smallest, fastest, most durable flash drive products in the market – the Microswivel. 100% focused on quality inside and out, the Microswivel resonates with the industrial, edgy design showcased on the Indiedrive website.
CFgear collaborated with Indiedrive on custom inserts and retail packaging to help bring their brand to life in the traditional brick and mortar (store) environments.
CFgear helped engineer custom icons to “drive” home the sophisticated capabilities/solutions Indiedrive offers to their bands, helping bands realize the power of digital yet tangible media in the process of music distribution.
CFgear established a drop-shop infrastructure allowing for seamless fulfillment of orders placed via Indiedrive.com.
Brookings Economic Development Corporation - Brooking Chamber of Commerce
Client Objective:The Brookings Economic Development Corporation (BEDC) needed to convey and tangibly exemplify Brookings’ role as both a current and future leader in technology-focused businesses in an effort to spark additional State funding.
Solution:
CFgear helped engineer and design a sophisticated preload interface linking State Legislators to web-based content focused on fact-based information supporting Brookings’ position as the State’s technology leader.
Buttons were engineered into the BEDC interface such as links to the State Email System and South Dakota news websites helping improve access to commonly sourced information.
A custom icon featuring the BEDC brand replaced the standard F: icon.
Drive volume was custom labeled as “Brookings” to extend the custom flash drive solution.
The VIP model was imprinted on one side (“SDSU”) with a custom embossing (“Imagine”) on the opposite side for a classic, professional promotion.
The Professional box was used to house the promotional flash drives, resulting in a completely custom bulk drive solution.
